Take a leisurely stroll…on the ocean floor

You do not need a snorkel mask to immerse yourself in our spectacular marine ecosystem. All it takes is a helmet! Helmet, or bell, diving lets you walk along the ocean bottom and watch fish eat from your hands.

Every day, our helmet diving outfitters take small groups by boat to a dive site. There, you climb down a ladder into the water. When you are shoulder deep, a bell-shaped helmet with clear glass panels is placed over your head.

Now you may climb all the way down to the ocean floor – up to 3.5M / 12FT below. A hose attached to your boat supplies air into the roomy helmet. Wearing your glasses or contact lenses is not a problem.

One of our experienced guides will conduct a walking tour along our celebrated coral reefs, surrounded by schools of fish. It is as simple as strolling through a garden, for nonswimmers and children alike. Better yet, your hair never gets wet.
