Each year since the first festival in 1997, the Bermuda International Film Festival features the best independent films from around the world. The festival – considered by many one of the best small film festivals running – screens feature-length narrative, documentary and short films by an array of emerging talent as well as by more seasoned filmmakers.

Held every spring, the festival welcomes visitors to attend screenings as well as opening and closing night parties and workshops on film-related topics. This past year’s attendees also included Michael Douglas and Willem Dafoe.
